Another VAT question

Jul 17, 2003 4 Replies

Nothing to do with customs & excise.

I understand that if certain products are purchased but not physically delivered then no VAT is chargeable until delivery actually takes place. If that product is then sold onto another party (i.e. you never take delivery of the product), is it true that no VAT is ever chargeable to you?

Thanks,

Roland.

Are you talking about warehousing and/or triangular supplies?

Shh! Graeme might be listening.

Are you talking about the various Customs arrangements?

Can you give us the full details rather than just teasing snippets?

Peter Saxton from London snipped-for-privacy@petersaxton.co.uk

is not

delivery.

Listening and trying to learn.
