Is there a way in RMS (or with a third party product) for a multiple location retailer to sell a product from one location, but deliver it from another? The product might be sold to a customer at a store, but then delivered (picked up by the customer) at the warhouse, for example. Or the product might be out of stock at one store, but available at another. In that case, the customer would purchase the item at the first store, but pick it up at the second location. We would need to keep both the inventory and customer payment records correct. Also, we would strongly prefer not to have to write "ghost" transfers to move the inventory to the selling store, when the selling store never really had the product.
