How to import Sales Tax into RMS 2.0

Hello everyone, We are starting a retail business in Atlanta, GA. In GA we have to charge either a Source Tax ( customer buys at the store) or a destination tax ( customer buys at store but wants it delivered) so we have to charge them the tax rate of their home. For example if the store tax rate is 7.0% but the customer's home tax rate is 8.0% we will have to charge them at 8.0%, we based this by zipcode. We have a tax vendor that provides us upto date tax rates and we are wondering if there is a way to import all the tax rates into RMS 2.0.

My other question is if we have a customer that walks in and buys a product and has it delivered and their destination tax is 5%. Then the next time he comes at our store and buys a product right then which tax rate will be 7.0%, The RMS Customer DB has him at 5%, do I have to edit the customer inorder to charge him the correct tax rate? Is there a way in RMS to have two rates 1 for store sales and 1 for delivery sales that uses the Customer zip code to get the correct tax rate?

I hope my post make sense and if anyone has any suggestions on how to handle Source and Destination taxes. Thanks
