We are currently set up to charge 6% Pennsylvania sales tax on internet orders shipping to PA addresses, but we also need to charge an aditional 1% tax on items shipping within Philadelphia. Is there a way to do that?

RMS has the ability to charge sales tax based on zipcode. You would have to set up a zipcode table in RMS for the full state and set the Philly ones to
7% and the rest to 6%.TomT
