Is there a way to edit the quantity received in a closed po. Currently it is grayed out.

there is an option in SO Manager to allow edit of closed POs. File/Configuration, Options... enable the option and restart SO Manager and you should thenbe able to edit your closed POs.

To edit quantity recieved on a closed PO, open the PO with the edit button, you will see the quantity ordered box is not greyed out. Put in the quantity needed to correct the overall quantity received then close the PO. The PO will then show up as partially received. Open the PO with the receive button and click on receive all. The items you edited will then show up in the quantity received box. Click on commit and you're done. Craig
