Actually - thoughts on if I change the status back to open/unreceived, then delete....?
If a PO is closed the inventory has already been updated as the item was received and committed. Deleting will take out the PO but will have no repercussion on inventory. If this was an error you can always transfer them out.
Yes, this was an error on the store's part, but not like 1 error, multiple errors. I should be able to pull the inventory off based on the PO number and script that back out too. This will be tedious. So it goes.
or, you could re-receive the PO with negative quantities.
