How do I print Journal Entires

Dec 15, 2009 4 Replies

I have recently switched from QB for PC to QB 2009 for Mac. When I try to print a journal entry using the steps File>Print the 'print" option is grayed out. How do I print a journal entry. I used to do it all the time in QB for PC. Just clicked the print button.

I don't think you can on the Mac version of QuickBooks, except to create a Transaction Journal report from it, then print that.

: Thanks for the info, but what a pain. I created a memorized report and now have to create that report every time I want to print a JE and attach the backup info. I guess it works.

Is there a screenshot capture program for the mac that you could use to print the screen?

Well, it's just a couple of clicks to run the Transaction Journal from the Reports Menu, then click Print. Seems pretty easy...
