We sell a subscription-based service, with increasingly steep discounts for longer subscriptions. This means our pricing is non-linear: One year is $20, two $36, five $75, ten $135.... This isn't especially unusual --- magazine sutscriptions, for instanced, are nearly always priced this way, and many small parts vendors will have different per-unit pricing for 1 to 5 units than
6 to 10 or 50 to 200. But I can't for the life of me figure out how to enter this in quickbooks other than listing each quantity as a distinct item --- "1 year subscription", "2 year subscription", etc. Nor does quickbooks help return anything when I search on "quantity discount". Is there really no way to set this sort of thing up in quickbooks?
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
