I'd like to be able to create estimates in quickbooks, and later turn them into invoices.
I made a special form - but Qbooks keeps thinking it's an invoice....

Which version of QB are you running? Basic, Pro, Premier? Basic does not have the ability to create estimates. Pro & Premier do. If you are running Pro or Premier, you must go to the Customer Center or the Customers drop down menu. Select Estimates. If you are going to…

If you are running Pro or Premier, you must go to the Customer Center or the Customers drop down menu. Select Estimates. If you are going to customize a form, you must customize an Estimates form.
