We are getting enough terms and conditions in our standard template for invoices and purchase orders, that I would like to find a way to stick them into every invoice and PO in some standard reserved area for such language. Is there any improvement in the form design tool to let you stick such language *after* the invoice form in versions later than QB 2004?

Another way is to stick the Terms and Conditions in a word document and print off umpteen copies. When you come to print an Invoice use those pre-printed sheets. Terms and Conditions on the back every time. We've been doing this for years.
