QB checks and supplies?

I am receiving all sorts of offers from QB for checks and other supplies. Until now I've been purchasing most of my supplies from NEBS and Office Depot. If anyone is buying their supplies from QB, how is the quality, service and prices compared to others? Just about everyone makes QB compatible checks. Any advantage in buying from QB?

No advantage at all. I came across a company that seems to have the best prices -

- I ordered perforated paper from them to print W-2's this year. One of my clients has ordered QB checks from them and is VERY satisfied with $ and quality. N Owen To reply, please change "ONE" to numeral

I order from them because:

a. they're fast b. reordering is easy-peasy c. they're compatible with most other check companies

I've been ordering checks and forms for years and have probably tried most of the companies out there. Intuit can have an order of checks for a new customer out faster than any of the others I've used. Reorders ship next day in many cases and I love their self-adhesive windowed envelopes.

They're website is easy to navigate and reordering is simple, moreso than alot of other online check sellers.

There's no great advantage to buying from them but fast print/ship and easy reorder are big pluses for me. If they're a penny more expensive than someone else I'm not going to nitpick.

You might try ordering from Costco (on line). Quick and correct, less expensive than many.

Robert,

We use Intuit for our highest volume checks. Quality is excellent, shipping typically fast (& faster than the estimate they give you when you order.)

Price is not the best if you shop around, but we have been burned by lousy checks from Office Max more than once.

For low volume checks, we print them ourselves.

We use VersaCheck, and have a special MICR toner cartridge for our HP laser printer. Quality is almost as good as Intuit, lots faster, and if you are only writing 100 check a year on an account a lot cheaper.

The quality of your check depends a lot on the check paper you buy. There a scads of places on the internet where you can buy check paper. We actually buy 3000 sheets at a time, since we have about 20 accounts that we print checks for.
