QB 2007-Overdue Payroll Liabilities

Has anyone found a way to clear the "overdue" payroll liabilities from the pay scheduled liability list? OTHER than going back & creating liability check & deleting previous check that was written? I know better than to pay p/r liab any other way than through "pay liabilities", but previous bookkeeper did not know this, soooooooo after upgrading, I now have a "big mess". Thanks in advance for any help that can be offered! N Owen

I think I've answered my own question! Went ahead & went through the process to "pay" the liabilities, but zeroed the check to the g/l acct associated with the p/r item. Overdue liabilities are gone from the list and correct balances in the liability accts were not affected. Thanks anyway! N Owen
