QB will not backup

I had several errors today involving the Shipping Manager hanging up. Later on I tried to create a backup and got a message that my backup failed. No codes or reasons are given. Data integrity runs fine with no problems. I made several attempts. Any ideas? Best,

Thanks for your response. A reboot seems to have solved the problem. I really hate that there is no information in the error message I got.
