QBP2004 Property Management Statement Charges

What is the best way to set up tenant statement charges? The current set up designates the Customer as the apartment number(?). I am revising this processing for 2006 to designate the Customer as the tenant.

Should the apartmant number be a job or class?

Charges include: Rent payment, electric, and storages unit charges. I would like to print a statement for the tenant at the end of each month.

How Would the Item file contain all the varius charges?

Would entering each tenant as an invoice be the best way to accomplish this.

I currently can't generate a tenant aging list. Can this be accomplished with statements or invoices?
