My company is considering adding charge cards as a method of payment for services. Our primary need is for C.O.D. payments at customer jobsites, but we are also interested in accepting payments for billed invoices, over the phone and via a company website.
I am considering merchant services within QB as well as looking at other outside providers.
I know QB merchant services can process website payments, but can it integrate with an existing company website? Or does it work only with Intuit server?
Can anyone currently using Intuit's CC processing rate their experience? I am interested in knowing how good/bad the customer service is - how well does it integrate in the program - how hard was it to train employees - can CC's be processed 'manually' - that is, without internet access.
Any thoughts would be most appreciated.
