Receive Payments with Fees

Is there an easier way to record payments when they have associated fees? For example, lets say I invoice a customer for $100. If I receive that payment through PayPal, I have to go through the Receive Payments first, and then go to the register to record the transaction fee.

Ideally, you could record the split as soon as you record the payment. Am I missing something?

When recording the payment, use the "Set Discount" button. Although it's called "discount", you can debit any account.
