How (un)reasonable is it to expect dividend payments to be credited to my share dealing account the same working day?
I have found that Squaregain (formerly Comdirect) increasingly seem to be dragging their heels with their payments - often taking several working days. This doesn't seem to be the case with, e.g. Natwest, who credit the account on the day the dividend payment is made.
Or is it a case of you pay your money and you get your service? ;-)
