i reconcilled feb, march, april, may now quickbooks states that the last time reconcilled was feb 2006. what do i do

Check to see if you didn't open up a backup file from Feb or pehaps you just entered Feb as the statement date in error. when you reconciled April. What to do, I would start the bank reconcilation for May and look and see if cleared March and April transactions show up on the display.

Did you check the default statement date was the one you wanted to use and if it wasn't did you change it?
Check what the dates are in the previous reconciliations.
