Hello All
If someone "Gives" me or "Sells" to me an older version of Quickbooks, can I register this in my name with Quickbooks? Or is it pretty much worth the 15 trial uses that keeps popping up on the screen? Any advice on this subject would be GREAT!

I can think of 2 ways to deal with this. Either the previous owner has to give you their registration number OR you have to call Intuit for a new one. If you call Intuit, you probably have to convince them that the previous owner removed all traces of the old program from their computers before they will transfer the registration to your name.
