Sharing QB data between computers - Help!

Sep 27, 2006 6 Replies

I am using QB Pro 2005 and am entering data on both of my computers. I want to add the data on computer #1 to computer #2 and vice versa.

How can this be done?

Thanks!

Thanks for your reply, Karl.

No, they are not networked together.

Are the computers networked together?

If the computers are not networked together, and if you do not have multiple licenses, then the answer is to purchase a 3rd party utility.

You will find a number of data integration modules in the QuickBooks Solutions Marketplace

If you don't need to use the 2 computers at the same time, just store your company data file on a transportable device such as a USB memory stick.

Thanks for all who replied!
