I am in the market for a co-functioning module working with QB Pro
2009 that facilitates the Management tasks for a small apartment building. I own a 29 unit apartment building and in years past, at the beginning of my ownership in 1998, I used Yardi. Although the startup costs for Yardi were onerous, they were manageable considering the quality of the software. However, the annual renewal fees were to pricey, for my situation, to continue with that product.
