Hi folks,

I'm Using Quickbooks Pro 2005 Release R14P. I keep trying to submit my payroll yearend info to the government, but keep getting the following error message:

Errors Submitting the End of Year Documents

Raised By: System Error Number: 1001 Type: fatal Cause by: Error Location: [line 00000025][Column 000038]: Parsing Error : pattern constraint failed. The element: '{

This is the response I get when I click the "Test File Online" button.

Does anybody know how I can fix this problem because 19th May deadline is getting closer.

I have read help info where updating from R12P to R13P was supposed to fix a similar bug, but this made no difference to me. Nor did updating to R14P.

Help please. Ronaldo.
