Is there a way to make a report which gives the total spent with one vendor at the end of the month? I can bring up a report that shows all the individual purchases and payments, but I can't find any way to make QB Pro

Use the 1099 Summary report and adjust the options to fit your needs. The default selects Only 1099 vendors, Only 1099 accounts and Use thresholds. Change the vendors to All, accounts to All and Thresholds to Ignore. If you want the report on just one vendor alter as stated then in Modify choose Name as a filter and select the vendor name. After altering the initial report you should memorize it.
