Cannot install 2006 patch!!!

Cannot update the new patch to my QB Pro 2006. I get error messages 1603 and



1334. Installed Flash as requested and also did a repair with my CD but it will will not update the patch. ANy suggestions?

Same thing here. Tried again and got same error messages. Did the CD repair again and on the next attempt, it worked as it should. Try it again to see.
