What the hell is wrong with Intuit ! I need the IFF refence info

I have figured out with trial and error that is you put the text "Y" into the IFF column heading "ISPASSEDTHRU" then the checkbox in the items accounts is selected and we get the 2 boxes showing up.

What the hell is wrong with INTUIT, why don't they make this stuff public if they intent to make a mockery of the user when trying to import data from the unrecognized IFF format/extension ?

I want to know each and every meaning, and its consequences for each heading in the IFF template or format, that includes several headings.

Can someone help ?

In about 2002 Intuit introduced their XML based Software Development Kit (SDK) and said at some future date that IIF would be phased out. Intuit provides little if any support for IIF. Intuit provdes lots of support and documentation for the SDK. The SDK is a much better product than IIF but it is harder to use and requires some programming ability. See

formatting link
for the SDK.
