Running Windows XP - Color Depth lowers to 8 bit whenever QB Pro 2008 is opened. If you change it back to 32-bit afterwards, it works fine for the rest of the day, but the next day when QuickBooks is opened again, it opens 8-bit again.
For other reasons I have already (it wouldnt open at all):
Ran reboot.bat Repaired QuickBooks Uninstalled/Reinstalled QuickBooks - did a clean uninstall (removed directories, as well as registry keys) Removed and re-installed all .net frameworks (this is what solved the problem of it not opening, was hoping it would solve this problem too)
