I've seen a couple of posts in various places about Q2013 being buggy.
Can anyone comment on that?
Thanks.

I have no problems whatsoever. Some problems the last couple of yearswere with downloading FI data. Some didn't properly implement the changes Intuit makes to the systems. In my case, especially Discover credit card had problems. Had nothing to do with Q12 or Q13.
Been using it for a couple of months now with no problems and the new budgeting feature is a big step up from the 2012 version - which is the main reason I upgraded.

Not in my experience. I've had it here for the [past few weeks. No problems at all, although there are very few improvements over Quicken
2012.
I don't use the new mobile sync feature (whatever that is officially called), but wasn't there (still is?) a SLEW of problems in that area for 2013? I've never seen some many updates to Q so early out of the shoot. I bought Q in 10/2012, and I'm currently at the R10 level - updated about 8 or 9 times since I bought it with fixes.
So saying that, since I don't use that feature, Q has been fine with me.
I don't use it either, so I can't comment on it.
