2017 Rental Manager

Anyone have any experience with the new Rental Manager? I usually update ever other year but with Intuit having Quicken on the block for sale for the last 12-18 months, I am concerned about whether or not Quicken in any form will continue to survive. Thus, 2017 Rental Manger may go the way of Quicken Medical Expense Manager which just up and evaporated. Yeah Quicken.

Quicken was sold 10 months ago.

I don't understand how you expect anyone to be able to tell if/when Quicken will no longer be available. As of today, Quicken is just as available as it has ever been; a new release to Q2017 became available a couple of days ago.
