Account damage

We use QW 2003 deluxe. I have having difficulity saving our data to a C/D, although I can save the data to a second hard drive.

I performed a validate on the quicken program and received the following message: Fixed Damage for account ::::::::: Fixed Damage for account :::::::::

Does this mean that by validating, the accounts in question were fixed?

I realize that this message may be strange, but would appreciate any responce either negative or positive.

Are you trying to write to the CD directly from Quicken? I have not been able to do that but if I back-up my data I can then copy the backup to the CD.
