Q07D, Investment Center I have a report with a column labeled "Amount Invested". The fly-over describes this as the "Amount invested, including expenses, excluding reinvested income". So that seems to mean the money that I bought stock with and paid brokerage fees etc with.
The important thing to me is this column ignores stock sales. So what can this number be used for? I haven't looked into it carefully, but I suspect the "Cost Basis" is more useful to me.
