Your last online session not completed

Using Q5WIN and started receiving the subject message along with the prompt of "Do you want to try again now?". I click on yes and nothing happens. I do my thing which includes running the online update, all of my accounts are updated and no errors are shown in the online update summary page.

I validated the date file, made a copy of the data file (per the instructions on the Intuit Quicken support page) and still get this annoying message.

There doesn't seem to any adverse effects due to this but it is just annoying.

Any thoughts as to how to clear this message?

Thanks Marty

While you mention looking at the Intuit support site, it's not clear that you tried *everything* suggested in this article ... especially the manual override.

Thanks Sheesh..... OK.. Tried The manual override but it did not give me the option to override the error. It was not clear to me which financial institution was the culprit. The Online Update Summary did not show any errors with the accounts.... but when I looked at the Transmission Summaries (link at the bottom left of the summary page) there was one account at the credit union that showed the transaction was not complete so I deactivated and reactivated the account and the problem cleared up.
