Some accounts last download does not show in OSU Summary

Anyone know why some "direct connect" accounts do not not show up in the OSU summary at the end of an OSU session? I've verified that they are selected in the list of accounts to download, and I see them in the list as they go from PROCESSING to COMPLETE in the actual OSU download. But when the summary of accounts appears at the end of the successful OSU, they are NOT shown in the list even though some transactions have occurred within.

In the accounts ACCOUNT LIST, under the column "LAST DOWNLOAD", all of the DIRECT CONNECT accounts, the indication "Not Available" is shown.

I can't believe I haven't noticed this until now. Any ideas??

The One Step Update Summary displayed is maintained in the runtime.dat file within a datafile specific folder in the hidden ProgramData folder.  For example, C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Inet\Qdata.000\runtime.dat  From your description, it appears the runtime.dat file is not updating correctly.  I suggest you exit Quicken, rename the runtime.dat file, open Quicken, examine the One Step Update Summary to confirm you have renamed the appropriate runtime.dat file, and perform a One Step Update to recreate the runtime.dat file.  If all goes well, you may remove the renamed file.

In my case (I think I asked this in another transaction), I attributed this to one of my accounts asking for 2FA... the accounts are updated but the summary misses them. I don't think it makes any difference what type of accounts they are. At least I haven't seen this yet if I exclude 2FA accounts.

Whoa! Bingo! In my case, I didn't have a folder "...Qdata.000\runtime.dat" but did have a folder with the name of the data called 'AndrewData' as in "...AndrewData\runtime.dat", but did everything else you suggested and low and behold, it worked! Both in the OSU summary and now also in the Accounts list showing last update of all my accounts.

So, here's another question. How the hell did you know that??? I couldn't even phrase the question correctly in a Google search for my problem, never mind get an answer. Very impressive and thank you!
