OSU Summary - Blue vs Black?

Oct 11, 2012 3 Replies

I have a series of accounts set up for a One Step Update in QD 12. When I comple an OSU , I get the One Step Update Summary window with a list of all the Financial Institutions updated listed. So far, so good.

However, I just noticed that one of the institutions is listed in black font - all the others are blue. The significance being that the ones in blue are actually hyperlinks that when clicked, open a "Transmission Summary" window. The black one does not.

Anyone know why?

For me, the black FI's are ones that I have used in the past in OSU, but they weren't included in the most recent set. There are others that I haven't used in ages, and they are not listed at all.

Never mind - it has to do with the type of OSU being done. Somehow a few months back I managed to change the OSU type for one of my accounts. It bothered me because that account started taking ages to update. It worked, but I never had the time to investigate why it was taking so long. Managed to get it fixed today.

OK, Thanks for the post. I see now that all the Direct Connect Accounts are blue, having the hyperlink to all accounts updated at the same institution. All the black text entries are the Express Web Connect accounts.
