Quicken 2008 Premier, Windows Vista all systems current with regard updates.
I use Ally Bank and Quicken has download transactions normally since I opened the checking account in early Feburary until yesterday. At that time I got an error message which is shown below.
My feeling was this would be resolved in a short period, but now that it has presisted, I am wondering if this is likely a longer term item. I have used Quicken for over 20 years and never had this before.
During the last online session, Quicken encountered an online error [CC-502].
Quicken was unable to update your accounts because your financial institution's web site is undergoing maintenance. Try your update again in a few hours or the next business day.
This error is generally a temporary issue. Periodically update your accounts in Quicken to see when this issue is resolved.
- Open your account in Quicken and choose the Overview tab.
- Click Update Now in the menu bar. If the update is successful, begin using One Step Update for your accounts. If the update is not successful, repeat these steps the next business day until the update is successful. Your financial institution cannot resolve this issue.
