Hi, JMc.
No power failure here in Texas, thank goodness, although we did get just a trace of welcome rain a couple of nights ago, along with some wind.
One Step Update in my Quicken 2012, at least once a day, has been working fine EXCEPT for Wells Fargo today. I have a checking account and a Visa card with WF. OSU seems to work perfectly, except that when it finishes, it tells me that my several accounts in other FIs "updated successfully", but for WF, one was successful and "1 account could not be updated". It doesn't tell me which one failed. I signed onto WF's website with no problem; both accounts online agree with my Registers. There have been no transactions in the Visa account for a week or so. Hmm...Now that you mention it, no checking account transactions have been downloaded by OSU since the statement date, 10/21/11, although all 5 transactions do show up on the WF website, including the 2 ATM transactions yesterday.
WF will probably have any maintenance problem ironed out in a day or two. If I keep getting the error, I'll post back. Please do the same so that we can compare notes.

I've been offline due to the results of the October snow fall here in the Mid-Atlantic. Missed 5 days without electricity and DSL. When I finally got service back last night I attempted a One Step Update in my Quicken 2010 and received a CC-502 from Wells Fargo. The brief status indicated WF servers were unavailable due to Maintenance. Not implausible, so I just ignored it. Then tried again this morning, got the same status, and now this evening 21:10 EDT, I got the same. So I attempted to go to the WF Website for a manual download, and find it too is off line. Anyone else having OSU problems with WF?
Thanks
