I buy the latest version of Quicken, every year. For the past few years,
I have experienced an intermittent problem with "One Step Update." It
tells em that "Your computer is not connected to the internet." In fact,
I am connected, and with excellent speed too.
In past years, I was able to work around this issue by various means.
For example, In Q2012, I would open the preferences pane for One Step
Update. In Q2013, I can find no such work-around. I have to close and
reopen Quicken. Annoying, especially so because I use a password.
