Chase EWC+ not updating

Using Quicken Premier Windows, latest version. I have two Chase credit cards and I went through the conversion process to EWC+.

When I do one step update, the communications with Quicken servers seems to succeed. I see a small spinner indicating work is being done. But no transactions are downloaded. When I log in to chase.com, I can download transactions in two files (one for each credit card account) and import these into Quicken Premier.

I have already tried disconnecting Quicken from Chase and then enrolling in EWC+ again. Problem NOT solved.

What is my next move?

If updating to R44.20 doesn't help, I suggest you contact Quicken support.

[When you want to indicate the Quicken release you are using, please do not employ words to the effect that you're on the "current release" or "current version". First of all, releases are not made available to all users at the same time, so someone wanting to address your problem may be on an earlier release than the most "current release" ... and that might matter. And secondly, as time passes, the "current release" becomes no longer the "current release"; so people reading your posts will have no idea what release you were using when you posted.]

Make sure that when you manually imported transactions, it didn't change the connection type to Web Connect. In the past, I've screwed up an account by manually importing so that I couldn't automatically get any more downloads. As I recall, I either went back to a previous backup or did some kind of reset, don't remember the details.
