Can't add new account! Help...

I guess it seems like every time I try to do this I run into trouble.

I'm trying to set up a checking account so I can pay bills from it.

When I go into the Quicken Bill Pay website and check my accounts, there is a green dot next to the account as if it is set up properly, but when I navigate to that account in Quicken, and drop down the action (DEP, ATM, Send Payment, etc) there is no "Send Payment" option. Guess I'm missing something. What is it?

You didn't say what Quicken version/year you are using; it may matter: you should include that information whenever you ask a question.

Did you try to "Activate" Online Billpay for the Quicken account?
