I am a Banknorth shareholder. For each share, I am entitled to: $12.24 in cash 0.2351 shares of Toronto-Dominion with fractional shares paid at $40.522 per share, and 0.49 shares of TD Banknorth, with fractional shares paid at $31.198 per share
For 47.969 Banknorth shares, I received: 23 shares of TD Banknorth 11 shares of Toronto-Dominion $614.13
How do I enter these transactions in Quicken 2004?
