Credit Card Migrating to Capital One

I have 2 credit cards that were previously HSBC Bank if Nevada that are migrating to Capital One. One (Visa) can be accessed and instantly updated in Q12. The other (Discover) cannot. After entering Bank "User ID" and "Password" into the Add account protocol I get a Quicken pop-up asking for a Security Code. Tries the 3 digit # which has no affect. Called Capital One and rep told me he was not familiar with Quicken and that I couldn't do an instant update.

Looking for anyone else who had this issue and possible solutions

TIA

Try creating a manual Quicken credit card account, then initiating a Web Connect download from the financial institution's web site to that new manual account.

[Every financial institution that offers downloads to Quicken should have an employee who knows about downloading to Quicken ... but that may not be the person you first get when you contact them. You should make sure you get hold of that person when you have unanswered Quicken questions.]
