capital one credit card OL-221-A

I've started getting a download failure on my Capital One Credit Card. Capital One claims that a recent Quicken update broke their one step update. They are vague about what will be done.
Any one else?

When asking questions about download problems, it can be helpful to include the Quicken year/version and release, download method you're using (Direct Connect, Express Web Connect, or Web Connect), and the exact Quicken financial institution name.
