I've been downloading my capital one credit card using Express Web Connect. Yesterday it stopped working, with a 501 error which says its a problem with quicken servers. The help gave a list of possible issues, one being a wrong financial institution name.
I eventually looked a the list, and there are two entries, the old
Capital One Card Services that I had been using and the mysterious
Capital One Card - Current
I tried changing to Capital One Card - Current, and got a download of the past 3 months entries - lots of dups to delete. And things are working again. Absolutely no warning about this that I can find.
