Using Quicken 2014 Deluxe. As a result of recent changes I made I am now getting two similar (but not exactly the same) errors with One Step Update:
- For one Quicken Account, the error is "Your financial institution has rejected your request."
This is an old credit card account that was closed. I told the CC company it no longer existed, but I must have done it wrong (or forgotten to tell Quicken about it). Can someone please tell me what to do now?
- For another credit card Quicken Account, the error is "Your financial institution does not recognize the account XXXXX (nnnnnnnnnnn)." This is an existing Quicken account, and it had two credit card numbers associated with it. One of those numbers was for an account that was long ago closed, and I told the CC company to delete that card number from the account, but I must have done it wrong (or forgotten to tell Quicken about it). Can someone please tell me what to do now?
