One Step Update Bank of America

This just started this morning. When I do a One Step Update, I get a Bank of America error:

CC-800 It appears one or more account(s) at Bank of America-All other States have been deleted. This could happen if you have restored from a backup file [I haven't]. You must add the account(s) to Quicken again. Select Fix it to resolve this error.

I did that and thought I successfully added the account. Quicken said "Success," but I'm still getting the error.

I have two accounts there: Savings and Checking. Both are set up with Express Web Connect+

What am I doing wrong? How can I fix it?

I download from Bank of America-All Other States almost every day. Did so just a few minutes ago: I'm not seeing any problem.

Here's a link to the Quicken FAQ for CC-800:

I would start by following the instructions in that CC-800 FAQ ... exactly as they're written.

That includes making sure you deactivate EVERY Quicken account with the financial institution (BofA) - including any "hidden" Quicken accounts that might be activated for downloading.

And definitely use the Quicken "Add Account" process to "reactivate" (Link) the accounts you want to be able to download ... and no others.

Thanks very much, John. The problem has mysteriously gone away on its own. It was fine this morning. Perhaps it was a short-lived problem on the Bank of America server,
