Q2012D One Step Update Problem

This morning,I did a OSU for a Bank of America checking account, and got

10 "new" transactions to accept. Only problem was that those transactions had all been previously downloaded and accepted!!

I accepted one of them to see what would happen - a duplicate was created in the register. I then deleted all ten "new" transactions manually.

Anyone else seeing this? Any thoughts as to who is at fault (I suspect BA rather than Quicken)?

FWIW, I held off retrying another OSU after the manual deletions until a few minutes ago. At least the problem did not recur.

Thanks, John, for this info. I sent my log files. Hope it can't be misused.

Btw, there are too many files with those names. I hope the ones I choose through Help|Log Files were the ones needed to resolves the problem.
