Download Tx's Quicken 2011

Damn. A good stretch into this version, and a dreaded problem that was common to my previous version.

All of a sudden, the program is not recognizing the association between a download of data from one of my accounts to one of my existing Tx's. I check out the account, and it appears it has been deactivated, indicating that OneStep is not possible but Web Connect can be activated (with the button to elect to 'Activate').

Pressing the button, a temp window pops up indicating 'disconnecting' (not quite sure from what as nothing was open other than the program) then it opens my browser and takes me to the log in page of my bank. If I log on and attempt a download (either auto or save the file then import), a window identifies the download and asks what existing account, but does not present my current account. Checking the account, I see nothing has changed from before I pressed 'Activate'.

What or rather where am I with this? Was on 'chat' with a quicken rep and got nowhere (in fact, received an email after a notification that he disconnected, only the email stated I disconnected the session . . . . kind of odd . . . ).

Appreciate any and all help with this.
