Anyone know how to enter the Euro and Pound symbol in a memo field comment. I tried hold the ALT key and entering "0218" (with and without the num lock on) as suggested in a couple of web comments I found, but my Windows system just 'dings' when entering the first '0' in the field. Nothing gets entered.

No, I haven't. Assuming this is doable when editing the memo field, how does one access that in the edit panel for the memo field in the transaction?
I can do this thru a round-about way of bringing up the symbol on some other general internet page

is a good one), then simply copy and paste the symbol from that page to my memo field ("€"), but I figure there's got to be a single step process for this.)
