I also have them with my Q2005 file sets. If you open the file with Notepad, you'll see a list of vendors (credit cards and banks etc.) and what appears to be a vendor number along with "Centralized Billing" and "Pay On-line" repeated over and over. I think it belongs to Quicken Bill Pay.
