PAYX showing a yield of 0.00

Sep 27, 2008 2 Replies

In my investing accounts in Quicken 2007 Premier, my DRIP stock for PAYX (Paychex), is showing as having a dividend yield of 0.00. This is incorrect and I would much rather Quicken reported the correct yield.

I've already confirmed the correct ticker symbol is in there, what else can I do to fix this?

Probably nothing.

It's a downloaded value and if Quicken doesn't download it, or downloads it incorrectly, you can "fix" it.

Intuit recently introduced a new quotes server (which I believe also downloads things like dividend yield), and I think they opened a thread in the Quicken forums where users could report problems with specific securities. You might want to find that thread and post your problem there.

[I think I also read of others finding incorrect, or missing, dividend yields.]

Which should have read, " ..., you can't 'fix' it".
