Here's another gotcha for looking at the Asset Allocation pie graph.
All of our CD's and somewhat static checking/savings/MM accounts are located above the Investment line in the Banking area. So - these are not included in the "Investment" only chart.
Any thoughts on how I can include ALL of our assets, including those static cash accounts up in the Banking sections ?

Not sure about where the "investment line" or the "banking area" is in the Asset Allocation pie graph. Or the Asset Allocation report.
But you can get Quicken to treat most, if not all, "banking" asset accounts as "investments" for some reports/graphs.
You didn't say what Quicken version you're using, but in Q2013, you'd go to the Account List, click the Edit button on the account in question, select the "Display Options" tab, and choose either "Investment" or "Retirement" in the upper dropdown in the "Account Intent" section.
A couple of notes:
1.) There are some drawbacks to changing the account intent as described, one of which is that the accounts will appear in some places where you won't want them. I don't recall all the details.
2.) Some accounts - savings, for example - probably aren't legitimate candidates for asset allocation. If your asset allocation strategy called for decreasing your cash (for example), you probably shouldn't be considering buying securities with funds from your savings account.
